Conditions for Withdrawal: The item must be unused, in its original packaging, and in resalable condition. Certain items (such as food, hygiene products, and products for pets that have been opened or used) may not be returned for health or safety reasons, unless they are defective.

Return Shipping: After we receive your notice of withdrawal, we will provide you with instructions on how to return the item. You are responsible for the return shipping costs unless the item is defective or was sent in error.

Refund: Once we receive the returned item and confirm it meets the conditions for a refund, we will process your refund to the original payment method within 14 days. If you paid via invoice or bank transfer, we will issue a refund to your bank account.

Refunds for Defective Goods: If the item you purchased is defective or damaged upon arrival, please contact us immediately. In such cases, we will cover the return shipping costs and provide a full refund or a replacement, depending on your preference.
3. Exchanges
We currently do not offer direct exchanges. However, you can return items in accordance with the right of withdrawal and place a new order for the desired item.
4. Exceptions to the Right of Withdrawal
According to German law, the right of withdrawal does not apply in the following cases:
- Custom or personalized items: Products made to your specifications or clearly personalized.
- Sealed goods: Products that are sealed for health protection or hygiene reasons and where the seal has been removed after delivery (e.g., pet food, grooming products, etc.).
- Live Animals: Due to the nature of live animals and their care requirements, we do not accept returns or refunds for live pets once they have been delivered.
